We raise money for our patient fund through live events and fund drives. Our sister organization, Ticked Off Music Fest, has been hosting Lyme disease benefit concerts around the U.S. since 2013. The goal of the concert series in general is to drive awareness, give tips on prevention,  and to educate on the many symptoms of the diseases. It is to also raise funds and support treatment for Lyme patients in crisis. VIEW WEBSITE >>

PAST BROADCAST EVENTS:

The Ticked Off Foundation launced a combination of Facebook Live benefit broadcasts that took place digitally and not in front of a live audience. In light of social-distancing circumstances related to the COVID19 pandemic, the Ticked Off Music Fest rolled with these changes and scheduled five events in sequence with several musicians who had appeared at previous live benefit events. Performers included John Faye (May 25, 2020), Cliff Hillis (May 31, 2020), Zhenya Rock (June 7, 2020) and Gregg Kirk (June 12, 2020 & July 3, 2020). All proceeds went to Ticked Off Foundation Inc., a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization, EIN: 47-4783824. This fund gives support to Lyme patients in financial, physical, and emotional crisis. OTHER LIVE PERFORMANCES:

Our eighth event was another collaboration between The Ticked Off Music Fest and Lyme WarriorTicked Off RVA2! For our second consecutive year, we returned to Richmond, VA where we raised an estimated $4,500 for Lyme disease research and patient funding that was handled jointly and directly by both Lyme Warrior and the Ticked Off Foundation, Inc. Both organizations are 501(c)3 nonprofit groups dedicated to bringing awareness and support to those who suffer from Lyme and tick-borne diseases.

The live event took place on Friday, February 22, 2019 at The Tin Pan, located at 8982 Quioccasin Rd, Richmond, VA – 804-447-8189.

Featured music acts were Brickwall Jackson, hot on the heels of their third release, Stickin’ To It. The band was pleased to partner for the second year in a row with Lyme Warrior and the Ticked Off Foundation for a night of incredible music and staunch support of a great cause.

Also appearing was Gregg Kirk, lead vocalist of The Zen Engines and founder of the Ticked Off Foundation, Inc., a Lyme patient group dedicated to helping those in crisis. Kirk has played and spoken on behalf of Lyme patients since recovering from the disease himself, and he has appeared at events in Hawaii, Florida, California, Maryland, Maine, and Delaware.

Lyme Warrior is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization fighting to bring awareness and support to the sufferers of the silent, debilitating epidemic of Lyme Disease. Proceeds fund Lyme Disease research, awareness campaigns, and impoverished Lyme Warriors.
