PLEASE NOTE: AS OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2023, WE HAVE TEMPORARILY DISCONTINUED ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL GRANTS AND “MICROGRANTS.” HOWEVER, WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR PATIENTS INTERESTED IN TREATMENT DISCOUNTS OF THE COWDEN PROTOCOL AND/OR CELLCORE FOUNDATIONAL PROTOCOLS. WE EXPECT TO RESUME APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE FOR GRANTS SOME TIME IN 2024.

Our mission is to provide financial assistance and support to Lyme and tick-borne disease patients 26 years of age and older who are in crisis. We do this through microgrants, treatment discounts and counseling in an effort to stem the tide of Lyme-related suicides. According to Dr. Joseph Jemsek (MD from Washington, DC), “The most common cause of death in Lyme disease is suicide.” Through our efforts and support through generous donations and sponsors, we hope to put this reality in the past.

To be eligible for financial assistance from our Foundation, a patient must adhere to the following criteria:

  1. Be a United States citizen currently living in the United States
  2. Have a provable financial need
  3. Have a licensed doctor’s/practitioner’s diagnosis or a positive Lyme test
  4. Be 26 years of age or older (applicants who are 26 years old need to show proof of age)

OUR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM IS FOCUSED ON HELPING PATIENTS ARRIVE AT AND STAY ON EFFECTIVE LYME TREATMENT PROTOCOLS. We do not financially assist patients with Lyme testing, initial/diagnostic doctor visits or other bills outside of prescribed treatments.

Once you fill out our financial assistance form, we will be in touch with you to let you know if you qualify, and we will strive to work out a customized situation that is of the most benefit to your particular circumstances. We also require a scheduled phone call to confirm qualifications are in place and to make you aware of your options.

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THIS FORM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FINANCIAL GRANT FOR TESTING OR INITIAL DOCTORS VISITS. WE ARE ALSO NOT ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR PATIENTS LOOKING FOR FINANCIAL GRANTS.

Please proceed if you are in the following situation:

  1. You are not currently on a treatment protocol and you are looking for new treatment options
  2. Your practitioner has recommended this program.
